The Practice
The "8-Hour" Advantage: Enjoy a highly desirable schedule of 15 eight-hour shifts per month.
Shift Times: 06:00–14:00 | 09:00–17:00 | 14:00–22:00 | 17:00–01:00 | 22:00–06:00.
Pacing: Average 1.5 to 2.0 patients per hour.
No "Admin" Call: Your time off is strictly protected; there are no call responsibilities outside your scheduled shifts.
- APP Support: APPs are on-site daily from 11:00 to 23:00 to assist with patient flow.
- Specialist Access: A 10-bed ICU is supported by dedicated Hospitalists, Intensivists, and Pulm/CC specialists.
Tiered Compensation & Incentives
We offer a transparent and competitive hourly structure that rewards productivity and night-shift coverage:
- Emergency Department Differentials/Bonuses
- Base Starting Rate $240.00 per hour worked
- Night Shift Differential 2200-0600 $50.00 per hour worked
- Providing same-day coverage of a full shift - Bonus $750.00 bonus per shift
- Shifts beyond 15 full-time shifts in a calendar month - Differential $120.00 per hour worked
