About the role

Seeking emergency medicine (EM) or family medicine (FM) physicians with 2+ years of EM experience for a night shift‑only position in a low‑volume emergency department (less than 10,000 annual patients). The role involves working approximately 12 shifts per month with the possibility of additional shifts, in a state‑of‑the‑art ED featuring rapid patient treatment times. Patients are primarily walk‑in or private vehicle arrivals with lower acuity cases; no squads are involved. This independent contractor position requires night shifts (7 pm – 7 am).

Responsibilities

• Work approximately 12 night shifts per month (7 pm – 7 am), with option for additional shifts.
• Provide care in a low‑volume, state‑of‑the‑art ED with rapid patient treatment times.
• Manage walk‑in and private‑vehicle arrivals of lower acuity patients; no squad involvement.

Requirements

• Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician.
• Minimum 2+ years of EM experience.
