Emergency Medicine Physician

About the role

As an Emergency Medicine Physician at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center in Roaring Spring, PA, you will be part of a community-focused healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient care. You will work in a Level IV Trauma Center with an average daily census of approximately 40 patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients in a trauma center setting
• Collaborate with hospitalists and other specialists for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in 24/7 STEMI coverage and PCI capability
• Benefit from strong hospitalist support through Apogee Hospitalist Group
• Enjoy streamlined ED scope without OB/GYN services
• Work closely with a supportive APP team (11am-9pm)

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine
• Current Pennsylvania medical license
• Experience in trauma care and critical illness management

Physician coverage is 1 physician 6am-6pm and 1 physician 6pm-6am, with daily APP support (11am-9pm).
