About the role
Emergency Medicine Physician position at a Level 3 trauma center with a 65‑bed facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care in a Level 3 trauma center with a 65‑bed facility, managing acute cases, trauma service, and general surgery consultations.
- Work with physician and ancillary staff support, utilizing EPIC EMR.
- Cover shifts ranging from 6 to 12 per month, including various daytime and overnight hours.
- Deliver high‑quality emergency medical services, collaborate with support teams, and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Active medical license in New York
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, DEA
- Strong clinical skills in emergency and trauma care
