Emergency Medicine Physician

Role: Emergency Medicine Physician Responsibilities: Provide emergency medical care for approximately 31,000–35,000 annual visits, covering 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. Collaborate with NP/PA staff for 30 hours daily and support normal ER operations with backup staff. Document patient care using the Expanse EMR system. Qualifications: Board Eligible/Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), BLS, DEA license, and active Georgia Medical License required. Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability to shift times, team collaboration, and proficiency with EMR systems. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality emergency care, ensure compliance with certifications, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
