Emergency Medicine Physician – Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (CHS/CT)

About the role

The BerbeeWalsh Department of Emergency Medicine (DEM) at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (UWSMPH) invites applications for faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. We are seeking exceptional emergency medicine physicians with interests in clinical care and operations, research, or education.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health.
• Work in a collegial relationship with other faculty members.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Wisconsin Medical Licensure by the start date.
• Board eligibility or board certification through the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) by the start date.
• Completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency training program by the start date.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, or equivalent required.
