About the role
Mountain Emergency Physicians is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join their team at one of two locations:
- Frye Regional Medical Center - Hickory, NC: 32 bed
- UNC Health Caldwell - Lenoir, NC: 13 bed
Responsibilities
Practice Emergency Medicine within a stable, physician-led, independent group serving one of two well-established community hospitals in Western North Carolina.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
- Strong clinical judgment and team-oriented approach
Benefits
- $65-$70 per hour depending on experience
- $100/hour 1099 Rate
