Responsibilities
- Manage 35,000-40,000 annual ED visits in a 35-bed Emergency Department
- Work in a Level III Trauma Center with a focus on adult patients and limited pediatric volume
- Collaborate with hospitalists for admissions and operate within an open ICU model
- Provide care in a Joint Commission Stroke & Cardiac Care Center with 24/7 specialty support
Schedule
- Night Shift: 12 hours
- Full-Time: Average 12 shifts per month
- Part-Time: Average 6 shifts per month
Qualifications
- Strong APP support and double coverage model
- Access to specialty backup including Cardiology, GI, Orthopedic, and Trauma
- Advanced imaging services available onsite
Pay
$330-$340 per hour with productivity incentives through RVU compensation. High earning potential driven by seasonal volume increases.
