Please direct all communication through Locumsmart Coverage Needed ED (Physician) Need *ONSITE ORIENTATION REQUIRED 1 DAY PRIOR TO 1ST BLOCK OF ASSIGNED SHIFTS* December 12/8 – 12/11, 8am – 8pm 12/19 – 12/21, 8am – 8pm 12/27 – 12/29, 8am – 8pm January 1/8 – 1/10, 8am – 8pm 1/21 – 1/23, 8am – 8pm May have an on-going need for future dates Specialty Needed: ED Physicians Will you accept multiple providers: No Schedule Days for Clinic/Hospital: 7 days a week Number of patients seen per day: average of 36 What support staff is available: ED RN’s, 1 APP Inpatient/Outpatient: Both Type of Charting/EMR: Meditech Board Certified or Board Eligible: YES (Board Certification in Emergency Medicine REQUIRED) Is fellowship required: NO Reason for Need: FMLA Coverage How long does Credentialing Take: 30 days/as fast as provider can submit required documents Are Temp Privileges Granted: Yes, in needed situations Average number of Admissions per shift: 3 per day Emergency Medicine Board Certified required
