Emergency Medicine - Full Time - NP/PA APP WFEP

Wake Forest Emergency Providers — part of Advocate Health, one of the largest nonprofit integrated health systems in the country — is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) in Emergency Medicine at Atrium Health Union ED in Monroe, NC. Affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest School of Medicine, Wake Forest Emergency Providers delivers high-quality emergency care across Hospital Emergency Departments and Free-Standing Emergency Departments throughout the Greater Charlotte Market and Central and Northwest North Carolina. About the Role

Atrium Union ED in Union County, NC — our APP team covers shifts at Atrium Union, Union West, Waxhaw, and Providence EDs. Our APPs rotate through all shift times and all locations listed above, collaborating with our ED physicians to see patients of all acuity levels.

Augments a physician's ability to provide patient care services by independently and interdependently scheduling, supervising, and/or conducting complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and/or surgeries in the Emergency Medicine setting. Participates independently in the delivery of direct patient care within the scope of the individual authority granted by the applicable state Boards of Medical Examiners.

Requirements

• Must have NC PA/NP license (NPs must be ENP boarded or eligible)
• BLS and ACLS before starting

Compensation

Pay Range: $59.00 - $88.50. Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.

• Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's job
