Emergency Medicine - Full Time - NP/PA APP
At Atrium Health, you are more than a clinician—you're a partner in care and a leader in innovation. Join Wake Forest Emergency Providers as an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) in Greensboro, North Carolina, part of Advocate Health, one of the largest nonprofit integrated health systems in the country. Wake Forest Emergency Providers, affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest School of Medicine, delivers high-quality emergency care across hospital emergency departments and free-standing emergency departments throughout the Greater Charlotte Market and Central and Northwest North Carolina.
About the role
Work in a collaborative Greensboro-area Emergency Medicine team serving five Cone Health locations across Greensboro and surrounding communities. APPs rotate across all sites, gaining experience in a broad range of care settings, including:
- Moses Cone in Greensboro, a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 100,000 annual ED visits
- Wesley Long in Greensboro, a smaller hospital environment
- Two freestanding emergency departments in the Greensboro/North High Point area
- Annie Penn in Reidsville, a rural community hospital
Responsibilities include everything from triage to acute care and procedures. We encourage autonomy and practicing to the top of your license. APPs will see all patients, low and high acuity. Culture and patient experience are of the utmost importance.
