Emergency Medicine Clinical Nurse - Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a high acuity emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care activities. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Qualifications & Skills Must hold a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN.No prior experience required; preferred candidates may have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices. Key Duties: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality emergency care for conditions such as chest pain, respiratory distress, seizures, fractures, strokes, and trauma.
