Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic

About the role

Tallahassee State College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty in the Healthcare Professions Division to provide instruction, service, and support of college policies and procedures, along with opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in emergency medical technician (EMT) and paramedic courses.
• Work in all clinical settings of the program.

Requirements

• Possess at least three years of experience in a specialty area such as ER, ICU, OB, or hold a minimum of an associate’s degree and be certified as a Florida Emergency Medical Technician-Basic, a paramedic, or licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Have at least three years of recent experience in the area where they provide clinical instruction.
• Successfully complete health screening, drug screening, and clinical affiliated required background checks.
