Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking qualified Paramedics to provide emergency and non-emergency medical care, transport patients, and respond to calls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responding to emergency and non-emergency calls
• Assessing patient conditions and providing appropriate treatment
• Administering medications according to protocols
• Transporting patients safely to medical facilities
• Documenting patient care and maintaining equipment
• Safely operating an ambulance and ensuring patient safety during transport

Requirements

• Valid Tennessee EMT License and high school diploma or GED
• Good driving record and current CPR certification
• Proficiency in BLS services
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in diverse environments
• Perform physical tasks including lifting over 150 lbs
• Remain calm under stress
• Passing background, drug, and physical tests
• Ongoing certification maintenance
• Adherence to safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• PHTLS, ITLS, or National Registry Certifications
