About the role

We are looking for experienced Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT-B) to join our team at our Corsicana, TX site. Full-time and PRN positions are available, offering a rewarding work environment and competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies efficiently and promptly
• Administer basic first aid and medical support to patients in accordance with federal, state, local, and company policies
• Assess the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain further instructions
• Communicate with client and site personnel regarding worksite incidents and hazards
• Demonstrate teamwork and an understanding of coordinated efforts in a dynamic worksite environment
• Remain cognizant of constantly changing worksite and construction site hazards
• Ensure quality clinical standards are practiced at all times
• Document all findings and treatments clearly and concisely
• Maintain a helpful, dignified, and professional demeanor regardless of stress or personal circumstances
• Assist Site Safety Managers and Personnel in maintaining a safe and secure work environment

Requirements

• EMT State Certification and/or National Registry; must provide proof of reciprocity
• Previous EMT experience, 1st response experience, or emergency 911 experience preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; additional certifications are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees
