About the role
Provides emergency medical care to patients in need.
Responsibilities
- Responds to emergency calls to provide immediate medical care
- Performs basic life support procedures
- Transports patients to appropriate facilities
- Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be certified as an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMTB)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
Qualifications
- Experience in emergency medical services preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
