Responsibilities
- Provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care and deliver emergency services.
- Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
- Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other allied health and public safety personnel.
- Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- State EMT License.
- State Driver’s License.
- BLS certification.
- NREMT certification.
- Passing driving record compliant with company policy.
- Pass Physical Agility Test.
Qualifications
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Preferred qualifications include related experience in healthcare.
