Emergency Medical Technician - 48 hours per pay period

General Responsibilities

The fundamental responsibility of the EMT-B is to conserve life, to alleviate suffering, to promote health, to do no harm and to encourage the quality and equal availability of emergency medical care.

Education/Training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some advanced education preferred
• Possess a valid State Driver's License
• Current state or National Registry EMT-B Certification

Skill(s)

• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Experience

• Some past work experience, preferably in healthcare desired
