Emergency Department Technician

Role: ED HUC / TECH Responsibilities Provide clinical support by assisting nurses and providers with basic patient care including vitals, EKGs, and specimen collectionPerform clerical duties such as managing registration, orders, and documentation in the electronic health recordCoordinate patient flow and facilitate communication with families and the care teamSupport safety and quality initiatives in a community-focused environment Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical and clerical skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with healthcare team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated compassion and professionalism
