Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Patient Flow Coordinator

Role: RN Emergency Room Flow Facilitator Responsibilities Optimize patient throughput in a fast-paced emergency department by coordinating patient flow from triage to discharge or admission.Monitor acuity levels and bed availability to ensure efficient patient management.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support teams to reduce wait times and improve patient safety.Support rapid triage, reassessment, and escalation protocols for high-risk patients.Ensure adherence to clinical standards and hospital policies.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and mentor staff on emergency care best practices.
