• Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development for staff
• Developing staffing plans, managing budgets, and ensuring departmental operational goals are met
• Creating collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments
• Documenting care and adjusting staff schedules as needed
• Conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
• RN license
• 2-5 years of experience
• Supervisory experience preferred, with a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience ideal
• Less than 2 years of supervisory experience acceptable
