Emergency Department Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to manage the Pediatric Emergency Department in a state-of-the-art, family-centered environment. This position oversees operations for a team of approximately 55 FTEs, ensuring high-quality pediatric care, staff supervision, and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Provide staff supervision, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
