Emergency Department Clinical Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift
Role Overview
Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Responsibilities
- Maintains alertness and safety at all times in a safety-sensitive environment.

Requirements
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience.
- Requires RN license and a nursing diploma or associate's degree.
- Experience is not mandatory; knowledge of patient assessment and care planning is essential.
