Position Summary
Operates communications and computer aided dispatch (CAD) equipment to provide non-emergency and emergency assistance; serves as a communications link between emergency response units and the public.

Work Hours
The normal work day and work week shall consist of 12 hour shifts, based on a consistent schedule procedure.
Work Location
Itasca County Sheriff's Department, Emergency Communications Center, 1500 SE 7th Ave, Grand Rapids, MN.
