Emergency Client Service Representative - Overnight
Who We Are
EVCC was created by veterinarians, for veterinarians — and for the communities they serve. Founded by 36 local general practice veterinarians (many still actively involved today), we support the veterinary community, not compete with it. Our Saginaw location provides trusted, emergency‑only care to the region. We lead with compassion, support each other without ego, communicate openly and professionally, value every role on the team, and recognize that emergency medicine is demanding — so we take care of our team because of it.
What Life Is Like at EVCC
We genuinely care about everyone who walks through our doors — whether it’s a critical patient, an anxious pet parent, or a teammate who needs support during a tough shift. Emergency medicine is intense, emotional, and unpredictable, but also deeply meaningful. As a Client Service Representative you are the first and last interaction a client has with our hospital, the steady, compassionate presence in moments of fear and uncertainty, and the heartbeat of the client experience.
