About the role
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in veterinary medicine and a passion for providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Tailor patient care plans based on individual needs
- Perform surgeries under the supervision of experienced veterinarians
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Provide pre- and post-operative care
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
Requirements
- Current North Carolina license or eligible for licensure
- Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine or related field
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing score on the North Carolina State Board Exam
- Completion of an accredited veterinary medical program
Skills
- Proficiency in surgical techniques
- Knowledge of pharmacology and treatment protocols
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management and organization skills
