We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (summary), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Requirements" (basic requirements + qualifications?), "Qualifications" (maybe separate?), "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
Thus we need to decide which sections to include. We have content for:
- About the role: summary (EDRP eligibility, etc). Could be "About the role". Contains summary paragraph.
- Responsibilities: duties (the long description). Could be "Responsibilities". Contains bullet list of duties.
- Requirements: basic requirements (citizenship, degree, license, residency training, English proficiency, board certification). Could be "Requirements". Could also include qualifications? But we have a separate "Qualifications" section maybe for additional requirement (board certified/eligible). However the posting lumps qualifications and basic requirements together. We could combine into one "Requirements" section covering both basic and additional. But we have also "Qualifications" heading possible. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section "Requirements". But we also have "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Those are present.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content.
Now we need to format content: Use
for prose,
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
Thus for each section we need to decide what is list vs prose.

Responsibilities: The duties are many sentences; we could turn them into a

- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should list duties as bullet points. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can break the duties into bullet points capturing each distinct duty. However we must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to keep the details. Could create bullet points for each major duty described. But we need to be careful not to lose detail. Could create a single
containing the duties paragraph, but instruction says use
- for any list of duties. The duties are effectively a list; we can break them into bullet points.
Similarly for Requirements: we can list each requirement as bullet points.
Benefits: list of benefits (PTO, retirement, insurance, licensure, CME, malpractice, contract, etc). Use
