HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is seeking an Emergency Medicine Chief to join their team at HCA Houston Healthcare ER 24/7 (North Channel) - Freestanding Emergency Department.
About the role
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine
- 2+ Years leadership experience
Responsibilities
Manage the operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring patient care standards are met.
Oversee the coordination of care between the Emergency Department and other departments within the hospital.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex clinical issues and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
Must be board certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an emergency medicine setting.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medicine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
