Embroidery, Direct to Film and Screen Printing Production Manager

Position Overview

The Embroidery/Direct to Film/Screen-printing Production Manager will be responsible for managing daily shop operations, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality control, and leading a small team of operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage embroidery and heat press production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Operate and maintain Tajima embroidery, Velox DTF Printing and heat press operations.
• Train and supervise a team of three or more embroidery operators to ensure high-quality work.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust settings, and oversee maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all embroidered and heat-pressed products.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Cookordination with production team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory of threads, Ink, vinyl, and other supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supervising an apparel production team and operations.
• 4+ years of experience operating and maintaining embroidery machines, dtf printing machines and heat press machines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Able to multitask and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Benefits & Compensation
