Production & Embroidery Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial embroidery equipment
• Hoop garments and prepare jobs for production
• Trim, fold, bag, and package completed orders
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Absorb machine setup, thread changes, and workflow coordination
• Operate heat press equipment as needed
• Prepare orders for shipment and customer pickup
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional production and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer proficiency

• Embroidery production
• Apparel decoration
• Manufacturing or production environments
• Heat press operation
