Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial embroidery equipment
- Hoop garments and prepare jobs for production
- Trim, fold, bag, and package completed orders
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Absorb machine setup, thread changes, and workflow coordination
- Operate heat press equipment as needed
- Prepare orders for shipment and customer pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support additional production and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency
