Embedded Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop secure embedded processing applications at the hardware/software interface within classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ code for secure embedded applications.
• Interface directly with hardware components using protocols like PCIe, SPI, and I2C.
• Create embedded Linux images and perform system bring-up activities.
• Support system integration and debugging in lab settings.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deliver prototype and production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with hardware protocols (e.g., PCIe, SPI, I2C).
• Experience with embedded Linux configuration.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Commitment to working in a classified environment.
• Full-time onsite position.
