Embedded Software Engineer

About the role

Develop embedded software using C++, Rust, or similar modern languages. Write software to interface with hardware components via protocols like I2C, SPI, CAN, and UART. Create device drivers and system applications for satellite systems. Collaborate closely with hardware teams on board bring-up and integration testing. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements to operations.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
