Requirements

Must Have Skills:

  • Embedded Systems Architecture: Advanced expertise in designing sophisticated embedded software architectures
  • Hardware-Software Integration: Deep understanding of hardware-software interfaces and integration challenges
  • SoC Development: Extensive experience with System-on-Chip development and optimization
  • Performance Optimization: Expert ability to analyze and optimize complex embedded systems
  • Technical Leadership: Proven capability to guide architectural decisions and technical direction
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to influence decisions across organizational boundaries
  • Mentoring: Track record of developing technical talent and elevating team capabilities
  • SW Licensing: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various software licensing models, including open-source, proprietary, and hybrid licenses
  • CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated build and test processes, and integration with version control systems

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred; PhD a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development
  • Proven track record of technical leadership
  • Experience with complex system architecture
