About The Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Email Support Representative to support customer communication, account updates, case handling, and high-quality service delivery. This role helps maintain a responsive and professional experience for applicants, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound or outbound customer communications with professionalism and accuracy.
• Document account updates, case notes, questions, and resolution steps in internal systems.
• Review customer information carefully and escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed.
• Cook with internal teams to support timely follow-up and service resolution.
• Maintain quality standards, confidentiality, and a positive communication tone.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
• Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
• Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
• Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
