We focus on the people—what we call “the connected workforce”—by combining exceptional software and world-class coaching to make frontline teams more engaged and productive. About the role
Redzone is hiring an Email Marketing Manager to build and run email programs and nurtures that support every stage of the buyer’s journey. You will own the email channel: strategy, automation, list health, and reporting, with the expectation that what you build moves the pipeline needle. This role is full-time, exempt, remote-based in the United States, and requires up to 10% travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Email Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute email workflows, newsletters, and drip campaigns built for long B2B sales cycles. Manage the calendar from concept through send and results.
- List Segmentation & Nurture: Build and maintain segments by industry, persona, purchase history, and funnel stage. Tailor messages for engineers, procurement teams, and distributors—not one blast to everyone.
- Content, Design & Testing: Write copy that makes technical products and updates readable. Collaborate with designers on layout and templates. Run A/B tests regularly and apply insights.
- Analytics & Compliance: Report on open rates, click rates, and pipeline impact. Ensure CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance and maintain list hygiene.
- AI & Event Support: Use AI tools for personalization, copy drafting, segmentation, and reporting. Own the email side of major tradeshows (e.g., Pack Expo, Champions of Manufacturing) to ensure event leads stay engaged.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B email marketing or demand generation, with experience in manufacturing, industrial tech, or sectors with long, complex sales cycles preferred.
- Hands-on experience building campaigns (segmentation, nurture flows, list management) rather than just managing vendors.
- Proficiency with Marketo, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and intent data tools (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase).
- Understanding of AI applications in marketing workflows (personalization, content generation, analytics).
- Self-starter who thrives in a lean environment, balancing building and managing.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) plan with company match.
- Short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance.
- Paid-time off, parental leave, flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance program.
Pay
Base pay range: $120,000 – $130,000 USD annually. Placement within the range depends on knowledge, skills, experience, market location, and internal peer equity. Eligibility for additional performance incentives may apply.
