Email Marketing Associate

About the role

Bluetent is a part of the Inhabit brand and serves the vacation rental industry with digital agency solutions. Inhabit is a global PropTech software company managing over 5 million units in residential and short-term rental properties.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for vacation rental clients using Google and Microsoft Ads platforms.
• Develop and design new email templates for email marketing materials.
• Communicate with clients to manage and produce projects.
• Write creative copy and proofread all campaigns before launch.
• Deploy emails under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Review performance metrics such as Email Reports, Google Analytics, and Email on Acid post-campaign.
• Achieve proficiency in web development within the Drupal and SMC content management systems.
• Assist clients in web production related to email initiatives.

Qualifications

• Working understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with major email service providers.
• Experience planning and executing email marketing programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience writing content for emails and landing pages.
• Interest in the vacation rental industry, experience in the industry is a plus.
• Customer service experience required.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or minimum 2 years of email marketing experience.
