Salesforce Email Automation Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Salesforce email marketing automation campaigns
- SME on Salesforce Marketing Automation
- Oversee & enhance email nurture programs, segmentation, personalization, lead scoring, & lifecycle campaigns
- Develop & optimize campaign performance across digital channels, especially email marketing and paid social
- Partner across teams to align CRM data, workflows, reporting, & campaign execution
- Manage digital initiatives tied to landing pages, web experiences, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Use marketing analytics and business intelligence reporting to identify trends, measure campaign success, and improve performance
- Shape digital marketing roadmap while also leading day-to-day execution
- Hire, mentor, and lead a small team + remaining deeply involved in the technical work
Requirements
- Ability to balance leadership, strategy, and hands-on tactical execution
- Strong in email marketing and marketing automation
- Specific experience with Salesforce for campaign execution, automation, CRM integration, and lead management
- Experience with paid social media campaign management & optimization
- Expertise in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and performance measurement
- Experience with lead nurturing, lead scoring, lead lifecycle management, and CRM-connected workflows
- Strong understanding of growth marketing / growth hacking principles
- Experience supporting both B2C and B2B campaigns
- Ability to lead digital media strategies and execute effectively across channels
- Proven background in digital marketing with a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on campaign execution
- Proven background in marketing automation, including experience with Salesforce Marketing, Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of paid media, including paid search, paid social, and broader social media strategy and campaign management
- Experience with email marketing platforms and the ability to create, deploy, and optimize automated email programs
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, web analytics, and performance reporting to guide data-driven decisions

Benefits
- Full-time salaried role up to $105K plus bonus, Total compensation up to $115K
