This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key digital marketing channels and create meaningful communication experiences for a growing audience. You will manage email campaigns from strategy and writing through execution, ensuring every message is engaging, clear, and action-oriented. The position combines creative content development with data-driven optimization to improve engagement and campaign performance. You will contribute to social media initiatives, content planning, and brand communication while collaborating with a dynamic marketing team in a remote environment that values innovation and impactful contributions.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and deliver email campaigns and newsletters designed to inform, engage, and encourage action among target audiences.
- Develop compelling email copy, including subject lines, messaging, calls to action, and content tailored to different audiences.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content while monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues when needed.
- Track and analyze email and social media performance metrics to generate insights and improve future campaigns.
- Maintain content calendars, coordinate campaign timelines, and ensure marketing assets and approvals are organized and delivered on schedule.
- Review marketing materials, including AI-assisted content, for accuracy, quality, tone, and brand consistency before publication.
- Support promotional activities related to webinars, conferences, and internal initiatives while maintaining marketing documentation and workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on additional projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, with hands-on experience creating and sending campaigns and some exposure to social media marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create effective subject lines, engaging content, and persuasive calls to action.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging and tone for different audiences.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading ability, and commitment to quality assurance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using social media management platforms (such as Hootsuite or Buffer) and email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp or HubSpot).
- Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting are considered assets.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are an asset.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work there.
