ELS Life Coach

About the role

The ELS Life Coach contributes to AHF by assisting in the operations of the Sunshine Pride House and enhances the reputation of AHF by providing TIP life coaching services. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives, ensuring that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind in all your work. At AHF, we operate in a dynamic environment, adapting to provide the best experience for our clients and a supportive workplace for our employees. The role involves working as part of a close-knit team to facilitate regular life skills workshops and activities for residents.

Document all life coaching services provided in the manner required by our funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of the Sunshine Pride House.
• Provide TIP life coaching services to residents.
• Advocate for AHF’s top initiatives while upholding the organization’s Core Values and Mission.
• Facilitate regular life skills workshops and activities for residents as part of a collaborative team.
• Document all life coaching services in compliance with funding source requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of Youth Services Experience.
