Elite Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver

About the Role

As an Elite Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. This role involves conducting routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, potential theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional armed presence while supporting a welcoming customer experience and helping to deter criminal activity at the location.

Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour
