As a Elite Security Officer Patrol Driver in Pflugerville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable law.
- Monitor access points, observe activity within and around the location, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and incidents to appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
Requirements
- Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
