About the Role
Advanced level position in which the incumbent’s responsibilities include performing physical and remote audits of insured’s business. Interviews, investigates, collects, and records information to be used in a written report that is provided to the insurance carrier.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical and remote audits of insured’s business operations.
- Interview, investigate, collect, and record information for written reports provided to insurance carriers.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience performing remote/field Premium Insurance Audits.

Pay
Pay Type: Hourly plus production bonus incentives, in accordance with EXL’s policies.
Total compensation for this position is targeted between $60k - $90k+ in total earnings within the first year, combining an hourly base rate ($25-$35) and uncapped production bonus incentives. The posted range reflects the hiring range for this role—a subset of the broader range available to employees over time—and is based on a national hiring scale. Final offers depend on candidate skills, experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions, and role scope. For positions in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range.
