Pay
This position offers an hourly pay type plus production bonus incentives, in accordance with EXL’s policies. Total compensation, combining an hourly base rate and production bonus incentives, is targeted between $40K–$60K in total earnings within the first year. The hourly base rate depends on job-specific experience and location, and there is no cap on production bonus incentives.
