About the Opportunity: The Elite Premium Insurance Auditor conducts physical and remote audits of insured businesses to support accurate premium assessments. This role involves interviewing business representatives, investigating operations, collecting detailed information, and preparing comprehensive audit reports for insurance carriers. The position plays a critical role in maintaining audit accuracy while leveraging technology and analytical tools to improve efficiency. Responsibilities: • Perform physical and remote premium audits of insured businesses.• Conduct interviews and investigations to gather accurate audit information.• Collect, analyze, and document data required to prepare detailed audit reports for insurance carriers.• Evaluate business operations and relevant records to support accurate premium classifications.• Utilize technology platforms, predictive models, and other tools to support audit processes.• Maintain accurate documentation and complete assigned audits in accordance with established requirements. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience performing both remote and field premium insurance audits.• Strong understanding of premium audit procedures, insurance classifications, and audit documentation.• Ability to conduct detailed interviews and investigations independently.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in collecting and reporting audit information.• Ability to work effectively both independently in the field and remotely. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Hourly pay plus production-based bonus incentives, with targeted first-year total earnings of $60,000–$90,000+.• Hourly base rate varies based on experience and location.• Production bonus incentives are uncapped.
