Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews to assess eligibility for assistance programs
- Process applications for benefits
- Direct individuals to additional support services
- Perform extensive data entry tasks
Requirements
- Excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Pass pre-employment testing and background check
- Potential for remote work if residing in Colorado or New Mexico
