Eligibility Support Coordinator
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have:
- About the role: "General Position Summary" etc. So we can have About the role section with prose.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions list.
- Requirements: maybe Education, Certification, & Experience? Also "Must be able to pass a DHS background check." Could be part of Requirements.
- Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications" heading with subheadings Education, Certification, & Experience; Knowledge, Skills & Abilities; etc. We need to map to sections: Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where.
We have Pay Grade: $20.96-$26.52 -> Pay section.
Work Schedule: "The normal work schedule is 40.00 hours per week; exact schedules is assigned by supervisor..." -> Schedule section.
Benefits: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Benefits section.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Essential Functions list, we need
- . Also for Knowledge, Skills & Abilities maybe we can split into Skills section (list). For Requirements maybe list education and experience.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not include Job ID.
We need to remove boilerplate: "Powered by JazzHR 6q5tBxUIuQ" etc. Also remove "Supervisory Responsibilities" maybe we can include as part of Responsibilities? It says no supervisory responsibilities. Could be a short note but it's not essential? It's substantive but maybe we can include in Responsibilities as a note. However it's not a list; we can put in
.
We need to preserve all substantive info: include Physical Requirements, Working Conditions? Those are not in the prescribed headings. The instruction says use those headings only; we cannot create other headings. So we need to fold that content into existing sections if appropriate, or maybe we can omit? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must include Physical Requirements and Working Conditions somewhere. Since we cannot create new headings, we need to place them under existing headings like Responsibilities or Qualifications? Probably under Responsibilities (as part of job duties) or maybe under Qualifications (as requirements). But they are not duties; they are physical demands and work environment. Could be placed under Responsibilities as "Physical Requirements" and "Working Conditions" as subpoints? But we must not create new headings; we can embed them in paragraphs.
We need to decide structure:
About the role
General Position Summary ...
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to Eligibility team, as well as the KCDDS Leadership team.
... etc all essential functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements: ...
Working Conditions: ...
Requirements
Must be able to pass a DHS background check.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum Of Three (3) Years Clerical Experience.
- General knowledge of database management, web-based software programs, Adobe, Microsoft Office Software, and Web maintenance software is required.
- Oregon Driver’s License
Qualifications
Maybe we combine Knowledge, Skills & Abilities into Skills section. But Qualifications heading maybe for Education, Certification, & Experience? Actually we already used Requirements for education/experience. Qualifications could be for "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities"? But we also have Skills heading. Let's think: The posting has sections: Education, Certification, & Experience; Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. So we could map:
- Requirements: Education, Certification, & Experience (plus background check)
- Qualifications: Knowledge (maybe we treat as Qualifications)
- Skills: Skills & Abilities
But the instruction says we have both Qualifications and Skills headings. So we can split.
Thus:
Qualifications
Knowledge of: ... (list)
Skills
Skill in: ... (list) and Ability to: ... (list)
We need to preserve all specifics. The Knowledge list is long; we can break into - each item.
Similarly Skill list and Ability list.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated, Schedule is stated. Benefits not stated, so omit.
Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to remove duplicated lines: The posting repeats some phrases? Not many.
Now produce HTML fragment.
Let's craft.
We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed.
We'll produce:
