Elevator Mechanic, Modernization
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technician to work in the Indianapolis, Indiana metro area to help us provide our customers with the best services possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide repair services on rack and pinion and some hydraulic elevators
- Ensure elevators are in proper working order
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanic
- Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals and/or related technical documents
- Experience as a route mechanic
- Ability to follow established safety, maintenance and/or testing procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions
- Previous experience with rack & pinion and/or crane repair experience is helpful
- CET is strongly preferred
