Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences

• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Prepare and present detailed market analysis reports to clients
• Cook up and coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings using company CRM systems

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prowess in negotiating and closing deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
