About the role

Become a Buyers Agent and propel your career into the top 20% of real estate professionals across North America within a dynamic, fast-moving setting. We provide a proven success model featuring comprehensive frameworks, efficient systems, vital tools, expert guidance, continuous training, and robust accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in our comprehensive 90-day Agent Launch program, which equips you with vital real estate skills and strategies.
  • New agents typically close up to 3 deals, while experienced agents can close as many as 8.
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Guide buyers in discovering their perfect home, crafting persuasive offers, and securing accepted offers through our proven methodologies.
  • Expertly draft and negotiate offers to effectively represent both our sales agents and clients.
  • Allocate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation, scheduling appointments, and converting leads into clients using our scripts and training resources.
  • Plan and host eight open houses each month, maintaining a schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Actively participate in team activities, including daily meetings, script practice, and client events, fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Engage in continuous professional growth through weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and partner calls to further your career.
  • Advise sellers, convert consultations into listings, and market properties effectively.
  • Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
  • Use PLACE Technology to meticulously track tasks and activities, ensuring efficient workflow management.

Qualifications

  • You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
  • You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
  • Possess exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, adept at managing client expectations.
  • Capable of working autonomously with little oversight and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Access to a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
  • Prospecting and generating leads are your strong suits.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends to meet client needs and business demands.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus to serve our diverse clientele.
  • Team Player, Organized, Learning based, growth-minded.
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, dedicated to superior customer service.
  • Proficient in leveraging technology.
  • Dedicated to continuous professional growth and upholding the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
