Responsibilities

• Complete state-required pre-licensing coursework through in-person or video classes
• Participate in crash course sessions to strengthen test preparation
• Develop an understanding of contracts, disclosures, and transaction basics
• Learn to generate leads and manage client relationships
• Shadow experienced agents to gain real-world insights
• Attend ongoing training sessions and workshops
• Use CRM systems to organize and track client information
• Begin engaging with clients once licensed, earning commissions through sales or referrals

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interest in building a career in real estate
• Able to complete state licensing requirements
• Must obtain license in order to earn commissions
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Comfortable with video classes and basic computer skills
